Oswestry Heritage Gateway will be undertaking a small excavation from 20th – 23rd September 2022 to re-examine a roundhouse found by Professor Varley in 1940. Further information will be released after completion of the investigation, but it is hoped that modern techniques can be applied so that use of the Iron Age roundhouse can be more accurately dated.
